Cancellation Policy
Regular Season
- Cancellation fee equal to 100% of total room charge if canceled 7 days or less prior to arrival date during Regular Season.
- Two (2) night cancellation fee if canceled 21-8 days prior to arrival date between:
- June 11, 2011 – Aug. 31, 2012
Holiday Season
- 60-46 days prior to arrival date = 50% of total room charge
- 45-31 days prior to arrival date = 75% of total room charge*
- 30 days or less prior to arrival date = 100% of total room charge*
*If space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
Reservation Policy
- Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.
- Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
- All rates are subject to a GE Tax of 4.167% and TA Tax of 9.25%. Tax rate subject to change.
- A four (4) night minimum stay is required to secure a reservation.
- The credit card payment establishes credit and guarantees payment for charges that may result from damages, excessive cleaning, house rule violation fines or loss to the property or its contents cause by guests during their stay.
- Request for a late check out can be confirmed 48 hours prior to departure subject to availability at a half day charge.
- All rates are subject to change without notice
- In compliance with Hawaii state law, all units are non-smoking; $150 violation fee will be charged to guests that smoke in the unit.
- Pets are not allowed
